• To prepare engineering / design packages for plant modifications & to ensure that proper implementation of the plant modifications are carried out as per the design package and in accordance with the national and international standards and as per safety procedures of the company
• To participate in the review of scope and technical content of tender documents received for proposals, participate in the design of verification. Review technical inputs, man-hours, and costs prepared for proposal. Evaluate measures of cost saving solutions on proposal, without compromising functionality and in compliance with specification.
• To study and analyze the new technical developments in instrumentation engineering to propose improvements and enhancements in the existing facilities. Member of PATFT (Process Automation Technology Focus Team ) of Saudi ARAMCO
• As a member of Saudi ARAMCO Instrumentation & Control Standards Committee, to review and update the relevant standards of Saudi ARAMCO for the last 5 years
• To provide technical support to process group during feasibility studies of new projects
• Design, detailed engineering, projects, installations, commissioning of Hawiyah Gas Plant Expansion Project of Saudi ARAMCO
Design, detailed engineering, projects, installations, commissioning & maintenance of world’s largest grass root refinery of Reliance at Jamnagar, India
• Participated in Foxboro DCS node up-gradation & node splitting with 100 MBPS CISCO switches
• Implementation of Advanced Process Control (from M/s ASPEN Technology, INC.) in Delayed Coker Unit - DMCplus controller
