•Co-coordinating between ISP & Customer for New
Projects.
•Commissioning, upgradation, degradation, transferring &
Surrender of Lease Lines, MPLS, MLLN.
•maintenance and Management of Lease Lines, MPLS,
MLLN.
•Configuration of Modems and Router
•Follow ups with customer & Routine correspondence.
1 year Experience with the ACCESS MUMBAI NOC team of Tata Communication, MUMBAI (ITMC-2 LVSB).
Fault & Performance Management of Ethernet, Wimax-Radwin, optical fiber communication issues for SDH, ILL and VPN technologies.
Performing the trouble shooting of Ethernet, Wimax and Radwin, SDH (optical fibers) networking issues of both national and international circuits. Profile included:
• Handling the ILL, VPN, WIMAX, RADWIN Circuits of TATA VSNL.
• Identifying & monitoring alarms in the circuit, Performance monitoring and booking trouble ticket accordingly.
• Exposure to EMS and Network Management System (NMS) equipment’s like ECI, TEJAS.
• Handling N.M.S. (Network manage system), and observe the status of SS
• Check the status of Base Station and Subscriber Substation (SS) antenna.
• Usage of TATA network equipment’s like REMEDY portal.
• Co-coordinating with Last mile like Reliance, TTML and Bharti, Vodaphone, Tulip, Citycom etc.
• Telnet ting the TATA and customer end routers. Checking alarms/errors on the link status, loop testing’s, ping response etc.
• Co-ordination with National and International carriers and customers to maintain the quality of the circuits to optimum level.
Also handled the proactive monitoring section; monitoring the network for any circuit down issues.
