OJT assessment.
• Ensure that Operational Procedures, Policies, and Philosophy are applied appropriately to any given Operational circumstances.
• Training for maintaining conditions, procedures, and best operating practices for products to meet the required specifications and desired optimum operational parameters.
• Fundamental training for utility areas like Water Treatment, Steam generation, IA and Nitrogen production and distributions, Hydrocarbon flare system, Cooling tower operation with cooling water network, Firewater system, Fuel gas desulfurization system, Wastewater treatment system.
• Reviews approves and ensures compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, QA documents, and method statements to minimize risk in the workplace and ensure the safe operation of the units.
• Support the KNPC Operations Technical Professional Development Team to deliver training and assessment. By preparing training hand-outs and materials, in the classroom, OJT, and Field locations.
• Conduct a full review of all associated training materials, make recommendations, and implement updating of all training programs.
• Provide ‘Train the Trainer’ support to exist trainers through classroom sessions, On the Job training.
• Take an active part in reviewing training alignment with future business needs and technical challenges. This includes aligning learning modules and format with any new training facilities within the Company and implementing international accreditation of all programs delivered.
• Provide end-user refinery unit-specific coaching and technical troubleshooting.
• Support the wider Team in any other Training or Learning & Development initiatives identified for their related Job.
• Maintain operational safety and efficiency.
• Train operation staff of the client by explaining the existing system.
• Perform process monitoring and water quality assurance in collaboration with the laboratory.
• Monitor, identify and instruct to control plant and process problems promptly.
• Improve and maintain monthly KPI reporting.
• Instruct internal plant document control development such as work procedures and guidelines.
• Record and report divergences and faults and take action to correct defects and/or abnormalities
• Report on plant conditions as required. Monitor Fire and Security systems for sites.
• Assist operations manager in the preparation and delivery of technical training.
• Lead multi-discipline team to extend support to commissioning operation works to project.
• Support the Project Team and staff in any other Training or Learning & Development initiatives identified for their related Job.

• Conduct all activities of shift operation during start-up, normal operation, and Run the test for dynamic equipment together with the Vendor.
• Report heading as per the project organization chart.
• Investigate causes of defective operation of system, equipment and suggest a modification for conditions.
• Working in DCS (Honeywell Experian PKS, Orion) for logic checking, ESD System checking, continuous monitoring of operation parameters for smooth operation; analyzing the problems of the Unit, and support in implementing the identified solutions.
• Carry out performance test of each equipment as per documents.
• Lead multi-discipline team to extend support to commissioning operation works to project.

• Develop department manual, SOPs, QMS, EMS and OHSAS manuals, operation procedures and close Audit findings in time. Implement PHA, Safety Audit, Process improvement recommendations. Identify root cause of the problem and recommend changes or alterations of operating parameters in order to reoccurrence of problem.
