• Monitor Medical Transcription Section (Quality/Productivity/TAT)
• Online Health Services like Sick Leave Attestation, Birth, Death, Still-Birth Notification, Infection Disease Notification, and other Clinical Information as per Dubai Health Authority Requirements/Standard/Policies.
• Medical Records Statistics Management as per JCI Quality Indicators and Management/Admin Requirement
• Monitor Quality, Productivity, and TAT of MRD Staffs and Task Allotted.
• Data feeding pertaining to patient care, Medical Records and quality monitors into computer for processing, storage, retrieval, and presentation when required using MS Excel (Database).
• Complete task allotted by Medical Records Manager, Hospital Administrator, or Medical Director for JCI-MRD Quality Indicators/Policies
• Physical Storage System (Movable & Non-Movable) with Straight Numerical Filing System
• Exposure-Working Knowledge HIS (Health Information System) Functions pertaining to Health Information Management Department.
