Job profile: As GM of ISP ENGINEERING Srl I am carrying on several large civil construction and public projects in Italy but also abroad in Thailand and Malta. I am controlling all the operations, and human resources: recruitment of staff, any kind of profile, define career objectives salaries and bonus with incentive schemes . The main part of those employees are engineers, architects, foreman and workers, secretaries, area manager and buyers. So different working sites in different countries, with different cultures. My duties are to control the performances and results of each employee or free lance working with our organization.

In particular I am controlling all the administrative and legal operations in the area of interest with local Authority.

I am selecting together with Chief Technical Director partner companies to realize the projects.
