HSE Manager prior to construction mobilization. Organized, plan, allocate project resources \[ Manpower, Machinery, Money\] in line with the given project schedule & duration. Developed programme of work and strategy from mobilization to demobilization to make sure, all works execution at every stage of the project is orderly, efficiently completed on time, within the given budget, adherent to the approved schedule & shop drawings, scope of works \[Contract BOQ\] and to the correct standards and specifications. Overseeing and correcting of manpowers workmanship. Conduct preliminary inspection of work, prior to QA/QC inspection. Daily work progress monitoring. Monitoring of project material status in coordination with Procurement Engineer, to make sure of the timely delivery & material availability. Joint meetings with the Client, Proponent, Suppliers and Sub-Contructors to discuss matters related in project execution. Conducting of weekly subordinate & site staff coordination meeting. Providing of sound instruction & clear informations to eliminate work miscommunication & work interface. Ensuring that the \[HSE\] Health & Safety Environmental Plans, and regulatory requirements applicable to the project shall be implemented.

Residential and Infrastructure projects. Experience gained from field supervisions and office
standpoint, initially as Cad Operator, Quantity Surveyor, Planning Engineer, Senior Estimator,
Architectural engineer, Project Engineer & Construction Manager.

Duties & responsibilities
• Undertake the duty as always been a part of the busy estimating team in the tendering
department.
• Study the tender specifications and tender drawing and performs the quantity take-off and price estimates.
• Sending and follow-up queries and receive quotations from suppliers.
• Accurately forecasting the scope, cost, and duration of future projects
• Conduct actual site visit and investigate site condition prior to tender pricing.
• Execute the estimation process using company's standard estimating procedures, covering
all cost such includes Material, Man days, Equipments, Mark-up and overhead cost.
• Resposible to compile and analyze data on all of the factors that can influence costs, such as materials, labor, location, duration of the project, and special machinery requirements,
including computer hardware, softwares etc.
• Observe the proper placing of bidding requirements as mentioned in the technical and commercial specifications.
• Coordinate Electrical and Mechanical estimator to ensure proper placing of all item covered in the scope of the tender.
• Constitute a detailed bill of quantity base on the given tender drawings and specifications.
• Keeping estimation records and documentation for future references.
• Involve in the bidding price negotiation with company's General Manager and the
Proponent.
