• Reporting to Maintenance Manager while working as Shift Manager for Aircraft Maintenance Hangar & Amiri Hangar at Hamad International Airport.
• Leading a technical team of technicians responsible for hangar’s maintenance, repair & upkeep of the services related to HVAC, MEP & Civil works, Firefighting & special services & securing operational availability on a 24/7/365 basis.
• Maintain and manage the preventative maintenance program in accordance
with existing SLA.
• Performing periodic inspections of all facility related equipment.
• Monitoring & guiding the facilities technical team in daily operation for the timely accomplishment of CM’s and PPM’s.
• Dealing & coordinating with vendors & reporting immediately any problems that might cause failure of systems in advance.
• Liaise with management and provide remedial action for issues.
• Liaise with client for the operations.
• Preparing, review method statements & issue the PTW as per the Hangar/Air Side Rules & Regulations.
• Responsible for maintaining the facility/systems/equipment’s in immaculate condition.
• Attending daily HIA Facility Management Meetings.
• Following a day/night shift roster with other shift managers for 24hrs availability on site.
