(CAM) charges for all three Sites in collaboration with Developer’s, Client’s and Property team
members; ensuring timely billing & receipt of payments from the occupant / Clients. Submitting
quarterly/ annual statement of projected, incurred & billed expenses and the financial performance.
Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy;
inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; work station seat allocation works;
contracting with landscaping services etc.
 Maintain building utility systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs. Secure
property by contracting with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices;
establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies. Ensure

 To ensure the team is motivated and driven to achieve higher client satisfaction level. Monitoring the
functioning of the M & E team and give instructions if require have follow ups on the issues of
