1. As Project Manager:
• Meetings with customers, preparing tenders for site infrastructure and activities, scope reviews, where necessary contractor evaluations, technical scope, administrative and commercial planning, initiating orders for material, human resources, tools, Checking Spare parts / inventory and Documentation, supporting and monitoring site activities.
• Responsible for all Field Service Gas Turbine / Steam Turbine & Generator overhaul projects within the area of my jurisdiction, within Power Service Segment and Project Organization within the Gulf regions: Iran, Egypt, Jordan, Oman, UAE & Saudi Arabian regions.
• Application the phases of strategic planning on, Human resources, tools & Equipment preparation, materials, mobilization, project handling, inspections & project monitoring, overhauls and demobilization
• Responsible for costs control, site work schedule, liaises between the Project Management PM), Poject Manager System (PMS) and Site Organization.

2. As Outage Site Manager:
• Overhauling of 2-units 140 MW Gas Turbine & Generators GT13D at Umm Al Nar, Abu Dhabi, UAE in 2006 & 2007 respectively
• Overhauling of 4-units 172 MW Gas Turbine & Generators, GT13E2 at Hormozgan, Iran in 2005, 2008, 2009 & 201
• Overhauling of DEWA E ST06 Steam Turbine & Hydraulic System - 2011

Note: Overhauling starts from shutdown reading, unit shutdown & cooling, disassembly, inspection & modification (if required), reassembly & re-commissioning.

3. As Technical Project Engineer:
• Carry out Overhauling & Project Engineering for 8-units 100 MW Gas Turbine GT11D5 at Rabigh, Saudi Arabia from 2002 to 2004.
• Carry out Overhauling & Project Engineering for 16-units 100 MW Gas Turbine, GT11D5 at Jeddah PP3, Saudi Arabia.

• Abqaiq BMS Project - Boiler Management System, Upgrading of Boiler # 12 & 14. - QC Welding inspector.
PETROCHEMICAL PROJECTS:
• Working under John Brown E & C for IBN Hayyan VCM Expansion Project, Jubail KSA. In charge in Quality Control for fabrication & Installation of Pyrolysis Modularization Furnace, Quench Scrubber, Heat Exchangers related Mechanical work and Plant Equipment.
• Working under Toyo Engineering Corporation to conduct Quality Control for fabrication and installation of 5 Units Reactor Vessels, for Petrochmical Industries Co. ltd., Prolypropylene Project - Al-Humaidi Kuwait.
