Payable (Supplier Payments & Import LC Management)
• Manage supplier Receiving, Invoicing & payments.
• Reconciliation of supplier balances.
• Prepare Import Letter of Credit.
• Notify exporter of issuance of letter of credit covering shipment of merchandise.
• Review Letter of Credit documents to determine compliance with international standards.
• Verify terms of credit, such as amount, insurance coverage, and shipping conditions to determine compliance with established standards.
• Coordinate with Bank & supplier for Letter of Credit related issues.
• Prepare amendments on supplier’s request and submit to Bank.
• Getting shipping documents from Bank and handover to Logistics department for clearance of goods.
• Reviewing LC facility against pending LC’s, documents, and loans with the Bank.
• Managing LC payments and preparing future LC payments detail.
• Coordinating with Logistics department for clearance of goods under LC.
• Maintaining LC controlling sheet for opened LC’s, pending LC’s & payments under LC.

Financial Accounting
• Managing and analyzing internal sales booking and comparing with cost and tonnage.
• Preparing monthly sales and cost analysis report for management.
• Reconcile Fixed Asset subsidiary ledgers and resolve any resulting discrepancy.
• Ensured that all inventory transfers are appropriately accounted.
• Investigate issues effecting the company’s fixed assets and recommend ways of resolving them.
• Prepare monthly fluctuation analysis and accumulated depreciation accounts.
• Prepare audit schedule and resolve audit issues adhering to applicable procedures.
• Analyze financial records and reports, and advice on accounting reserves, asset and expenditures.
• Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classification assign to various records.
• Coordinate with other departments, location and divisions concerning accounting.
• Managing company cash flow (Inflows & Outflows)
