Project supervision for all Information & Communications Technology (ICT) - related works including integration of Low Current Systems and non-ICT works into the ICT systems.

Provides direction and guidance to main contractor and its subcontractors and suppliers in the interpretation of technical requirements and implementation of the project; and the integration of various systems of the project.

Evaluates and approves High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) proposals of contractors and suppliers, including submittals like but not limited to shop drawings, materials, method statements, methods of operations and procedures (MOPs), etc., in accordance to project specifications, contract design drawings and other contract documents.

Ensures that all approved proposals are implemented correctly and properly in accordance to codes, standards, and best practices.

Monitors progress of work through Requests for inspections (RFIs) in accordance to project specifications, and approved shop drawings, MOPs and other submittals.

Assists in the evaluation of the contractors’ progress billing through the approved RFIs.

Assists in the evaluation of variation order by making sure that proposals are technically feasible with the correct Bill of Materials and Quantities.

Chairs meetings, workshops and technical reviews.

Assumes the position of acting project manager when the PM is not available.
