▪ Handle warranty policy within the authority given.
▪ Complete repair order & obtain customer approval & signature.
▪ Follow up workshop to ensure delivery time as promised.
▪ Ensure that time of completion is as promised to the customer.
▪ Respond promptly to customer request.
▪ Convey requirements clearly to the workshop by preparing work order based on Time Unit Manual.
▪ Responsible for securing regular customer relations.
