• Telemarketing - makes outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients to sell Products and Services.
• Primary responsibility is for making calls to potential customers in an attempt to sell them a product or service throughout UAE.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations from Management to CEO.
• Reviewing all existing quotes, contract, offers and ensuring that its properly executed when it comes to terms and being agreed by both parties and these are complied with during execution of Purchasing.
• Creating Business Strategic Plan, Company profile formats, identifying suitable suppliers and arranging Imports and Exports distributions. Produce in-house Marketing Communication and primary responsible in creating Marketing Materials to be disseminated throughout UAE.
• Email Marketing/Advertising- creating own customer database referring to UAE Directory and Email blasting throughout the country.
• Regularly monitoring the inventory level and ensuring its availability in inventory holdings
• Assist customers in selecting products, answer their questions about the products, and about any other thing concerning the business, keep a check on the inventory, sales goods, increase sales and the profitability of the organization.
• Responsible for meeting with existing customers in any terms of Support, Service and After Sales, which can help maintain strong business relationships.

•Proposing a successful Business/ Marketing Development Strategy by formulating correct Marketing tools.
•Main objective is to sell/ demonstrate medical equipment, supplies, prescription drugs and medicine to clients such as Nurses, Hospital Physicians, General Practitioners, Pharmacists to Procurement and Purchasing Department.
•Scheduling appointments to meet up all the health care professionals in weekly basis.

Organizers must take into consideration many event requirements including room size, catering availability, lodging availability, transportation, location, audio visual and telecommunication needs when choosing a venue.
