A) Construction of 6 buildings with total BUA of 67, 000 m2 (above ground) each building is GR + 9
floors.

• Type H: 1 building
B) Construction of one floor shared basement (excluding earthworks).

•Responsibilies :-

 Ensuring compliance of works with applicable codes, standards and project specifications
through suitable examinations and testing.
 Implement quality control activities on site in line with the established quality control program.
 Developing field inspection and testing processes and plans.
 Keeping close liaison with “ARKAN PALM FOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT/BADRELDIN
DEVELOPMENTS” representative(s) with regard to field inspection and test schedules.
 Initiating the Work Inspection Request (WIR) notice to the “ARKAN PALM FOR REAL ESTATE
INVESTMENT/BADRELDIN DEVELOPMENTS” and/or Third Party representative as per applicable
ITP.
 Implementation of inspection & test plan requirements and coordination with construction
management to this end.
 Supervising the QC Inspectors in performing inspections and testing, compiling records and
reporting with regard to all inspection and testing activities.
 Coordinating with external inspection agencies when required.
 Identifying and reporting quality system problems and solutions to the Project QA/QC
Manager.
 Reviewing inspection and testing records to ensure any actions are carried out as required.
 Authorizing inspection and test reports to be submitted to the “ARKAN PALM FOR REAL ESTATE
INVESTMENT/BADRELDIN DEVELOPMENTS”.
 Raising and closing NCRs in conjunction with the Project QA/QC Manager.
 Ensuring that project quality records and document deliverables are progressively compiled,
finalized and included into the final project handover records.
 Participating in Site Quality Walkthroughs as required.

- Prepare Quality Plan, Method statement, ITP, Check list.
- Check Quality Assurance & Documentation works as per ISO 9001/45001.
- Inspect Civil & finishing works after check ITP, MTS, approved SD & MIR.
- Close NCR if found & make the corrective & preventive action.
- Prepare Quality reports & the performance IRs percentage.
- Make IRs & MEP’s release for the sequence works.
- Check the Calibrations certificates & the tests either third party or other.

Qa/qc Civil Engineer at Arab consulting Engineers (Moharram.Bakhoum)

• Construction of road tunnel under Suez Canal with outer dim. =12.60 m & inner dim. = 11.40 m - Tunnel Length = 3250 m.
• Duties and responsibilities:
- Consultant's representative at job site - reporting to the civil department manager - working in a shift rotation.
- Review of technical submittals including; material acceptance requests (MARs), requests for information (RFIs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), field change design (FCD) proposals, shop drawings and as-built design information.
- Inspection of all concrete works and finishing items for all buildings in launching, receiving and emergency shafts.
- Follow up all concrete mix design and laboratory tests.
- Auditing the third-party lab to figure out opportunities for continuous improvements.
- Inspect activities, tests, laboratory and material at the pavement stage to ensure that these are in accordance with relevant standards / methodologies.
- Checking of many important items in the projection such as (EPDM insulation, drainage systems for diaphragm walls, execution of single diaphragm wall called barrettes, etc.)
- Reviewing the quantity survey submitted by contractor.

 Duties and responsibilities:
- Consultant's representative at job site - reporting to the segment department manager - working in a shift
rotation.
- Review of technical submittals including; material acceptance requests (MARs), requests for information (RFIs)
and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Supervision and follow-up of all precast segments (total quantity of
45000 Segments, 4500 Culverts, 350000 m3 of high strength concrete), batching plants, laboratory tests,
storage yard and transporting and feeding segments to the TBM. From
