Running procurement activities. Negotiation of contracts, terms and prices of components delivered to MAU Stargard and other Cargotec MAU’s, creation of saving actions and other saving activities, archiving KPI’s, supplier’s management . Tracing and implementation of saving activities within a few different categories by negotiation with current suppliers (suppliers’ management) as well as searching and implementing new ones. Working on complex projects including ‘make or buy’ analyse. These projects required from me co-operation with the R&D and budgeting Capex and Opex, as well as I am participating in NPD/NPI projects. Implementing cost reduction actions via providing under Cargotec’s umbrella raw material to local suppliers. Participation and co-operation closely with SDE (supplier development) in companies audit and QAP process. Regular sourcing activities connected to co-operation with logistics department on forecasting and ordering, engineering orders, quality issues and other, so production process can ran smoothly without major disturbances and hick-ups.
Complex service for clients from Central and Eastern Europe (law and financial services, helping founding limited companies in the UK).
Duties: Sales Management of the sales team in the Tamil Nadu State (India). I implemented new products. I supported sales in the state by cooperatation with distributors, preparing margin policy towards partners, list of promotions, and other activities which goes toward increasing the sales volume and the profit for the company. I was also responsible for management of the warehouse and planning of the stock requirements, in 4 months advance. Me and my sales team operated on consumer market (traditional and modern), but also in pharmacy, hospital and government environment.
Duties: My tasks ware recruiting, training, coaching, and supervising the team. Co-ordination of sourcing and logistic team, to increase margin level and supply efficiency (project management). Products were made of plastic, metals, electronics and combined, projects mostly start-ups (NPI).
- I was successfully co-ordinated teams of international multi-specialists (engineers, sourcing team, project managers and subcontractors).
