Manage, lead, and develop multiple teams of designers and project managers to create concepts and presentations to deliver full interior design projects. Oversee the day-to-day deliverables to correctly meet deadlines.
Supervise site team and oversee site activities including stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure that the design is fully achieved.
Accountabilities include reviewing and producing shop drawings, project submittals, tender submittals, technical performance specification, material and concept boards, interior coordination with MEP disciplines; documenting code review and compliance; administer contracts; communicating and coordinating with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily business operations.

Planning of the inside spaces of boats with executive sketches, elaboration of the constructive details both for the interior spaces and for the furniture; choice of the lights, fabrics, colors, materials to be inserted in the environments. Budget and costs analysis. Autonomy in the management of the relationships with the suppliers and the enterprises involved in the project. Creation of assembly instructions of the furnishing; site supervision; project management; coordination and direction during the assemblage.
