Retos Engineering working partner, enterprise working on industrial design. Its main activity is related to design, manufactured management and commercialization of furniture. It is also dedicated to laboratory and manufactured tools design, simple structural calculation and finite element calculation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enterprise strategic definition by prioritizing working lines.
- Management and financial tools establishment and monitoring.
- Product design and development using specific tools for this activity: 3D design and drawings (CATIA), basic structural calculation (CYPE), finite elements calculation (ANSYS).
- Suppliers search, contact and business. Manufacture management with the suppliers involve in the process. Agreeing terms, priorities, costs, etc…
- Final product transportation management to any place in Spain.
- Customer support and commercial activity. Creation of the national commercial net.
Product Design Engineer in Movinord (Dynamobel). Enterprise working on design and manufacture of: office furniture and technical ceiling, floor and walls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical ceiling design and development.
- Tests definition to verify our prototypes.
- Manufacture costs analysis responsible collaborating with other areas.
Conditioning System Design Engineer at A&H Asociados (ED Engineering). A&H Asociados architecture firm installation department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take part of the installations team and collaborate with the rest of the areas in order to integrate the conditioning system projects in the general project.
Product Design Engineer at TRW Automotive (multinational company) designing servo assisted brakes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take part of the different teams orientated to different customers to carry out new projects.
- Components detailed design to get the functional behavior and adaptability of the product requested by customer in each project.
- Prototypes design and test results analysis. Re-design optimization if necessary.
- 3D model, components and customer drawings (CATIA).
- Functional parameters prediction, tolerance calculation and force balance.
- Finite elements calculation and analysis (ANSYS).
- Stress behavior analysis of parts made of rubber (MARC mentant).
