Reporting to CEO and Operation director. Organize &coordinate training, employee orientations,
certifications, audits, inspections and environmental assessments and risk mitigation strategies; staff,
projects and sites
▪ Making HSE statistics and report HSE activities to CEO, Business Units and Client Representatives.
▪ Preparation of Risk Assessments (RA) and Activity/Job Hazard Analysis (AHA/JHA) and monitoring
the implementation of the safety precautions on the site
▪ Communicate and liaise with clients on HSE issues including pre-qualification requirements, site safety
plans, non-conformance items, incident investigations, pre-job meetings, close-out meetings and non-
prime contractor concerns.
▪ Conducting safety inspections on board the Rig on an ongoing basis, including inspections of the
drilling operation and Issuing of work permits to conduct engineering work at facilities
▪ Conducting Safety meeting and discussing with Site Engineers and Supervisor about necessary Safety
precautions to be taken for the kind of works and ensure to reflect the same during the execution
▪ Continuous monitoring of Fabrication, NDT include Magnetic particle inspection, Dye penetrate
testing, Radiographic testing, Ultrasonic testing, Visual testing, Acoustic emission, Hydro testing,
Pigging, leak testing and Rope Access
▪ Attended “STOP” training programs of the company on the basis of “human at-risk behavior” & given
stop cards to the committee for better improvement in safety
Preparation of Risk Assessments (RA) and Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) and monitoring the implementation of the safety precautions on the site
Conducted and written JHA/JSA for all plant maintenance and services activities
Performed field safety inspections of activities, operations, subcontracts and site facilities
