My role is to design and deliver training modules to the JPC clients which improve thier job search and applications skills, interview skills, work behaiours, motivation and confidence in order that they move closer to employment and sustain employment once started.
I have also worked on many projects to make more profit to our JPC.
I have worked on other roles besides training, such as administrative and Quality tasks.
Representing the JPC in confrences and outdoor events.
