To welcome customers as per our main duty and providing good quality services including accurate information regarding currency exchange, company policy with regards to exchange and refund, and to execute different promotional ideas for the customer's awareness to ensure that they will leave our shop with smile and fulfilled. Planning the duty rosters for the staff employed and ensuring that their duty is carried out efficiently and effectively on manager's order. Preparing weekly reports for the Manager's meeting every week, reviewing up to date sales, against last week, last month, and last year's sales. Direct and supervise selling product to customer and complete understanding of pricing and proposal models with in the assigned branch. Conduct inventories, stores, prices and restocks merchandise displays in retail store, take inventory or examines merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished. Stocks storage areas and displays with new or transferred merchandise. Sets up advertising signs and displays merchandise on shelves, counters to attract customers and promote sale. Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles. Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. Advise and promote brand assignments, marketing promotion activities within the stores as directed by the head office.
