Responsible to prepare receiving reports involving vendor, number of cartons, purchase order number, bill of landing etc.
Responsible to check all merchandise per purchase orders or credit card charges.
Daily financial documents and daily process of media are maintained through sales audit.
Insured accurate keying of hours.
Responsible to maintain merchandise financial documents.
Responsible to receive shipped packages from departments to purchase order number, date shipped, value of contents and how package was shipped.
Responsible for the control of all materials and conduct test to ensure the quality of materials to be purchased is as per company and specifications.
Floating inquiries, obtaining quotations from approved supplier, negotiating, preparing comparative statements and forward to management for approval
Maintain update records of all materials. Submitting approval related to the specifications.
Deals with approved suppliers and issue necessary technical specs for the procurement of materials.
Responsible for the source materials, inviting quotations from supplier, thought market survey; assure availability of materials, credit facilities etc. as per the company procedure.
Monitoring the performance of approved suppliers and ensures the quality of and at the warehouse.
