Manages the smooth and successful launch and completion of new project tasks assigned by the superior, ensuring all critical items and steps are addressed effectively. Monitors regularly the progress and status of projects tasks processing, ensuring all operational delays and problem that may adversely affect project quality and turnaround time are resolved in a timely manner.

Generates and analyzes regular operational reports of the team, specifically in the areas of productivity, quality and cost. Institutes measures to achieve optimum performance in efficiency, quality, cost and utilization of resources in the team. Initiates activities to continuously improve existing production processes, systems and procedures for better productivity and quality. Recommends to the superior appropriate action plans to improve overall performance of the team

 Schedules production and allocate manpower and physical resources for assigned to resolve situations that show lack or imbalance of the resources.

 Initiates activities that foster teamwork and motivation in the assigned team; resolves conflicts and disputes and elevates issues to superior if cannot be resolved at the team level.
