• Assist other store employees with their work;
• Disseminate tasks and orders to employees;
• Orient, train and evaluate newly hired employees;
• Check the flow of the store from time to time;
• Check the products before the opening and closing of the store;
• Encode the delivered or ordered materials or products;
• Assist the customer with their demands, suggestions and complaints;
• Communicate with the manager regarding the sales, employees and other important matters;
• Act as officer in charge whenever the presence of the Manager is not available.
Provide safe, appropriate, and effective services and demonstrate a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times;
Design specific sessions based on client's individual needs (services include massage therapy/reflexology, hot stone, cupping, steam bath, body scrub, foot spa, hair removal, manicure and pedicure);
Assess the needs of customer individually and select the appropriate treatment;
Perform consecutive 60-90 minute quality massage therapy sessions and observe client reactions and modified as necessary;
Maintain inventory of all products necessary to perform treatments;
Sanitize and organize therapy room and equipments used at the end of every shift;
Finish any other chores that were assigned.

• Accumulate invoices with the use of Squirrel System;
• Receive payment and return customers’ receipt and change;
• Maintain security of cash;
• Ensure that cash tallies with the daily sales report at the end of each business day;
• Report any misuse or unnecessary wastage to the Financial Department;
• Honor distinguished guest cards, VIP complimentary invitations and other promotional coupons;
• Answer telephone and handle in appropriate manner;
• Accept outside orders/caterings;
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service;
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements;
• Communicate customer requests to management;
• Maintain orderly appearance of counter area and supplies stocked.
