• Monitoring the Tram movements and fill the Manual graph, fill the excel sheets for the actual arrival and departure of the Trams in every station.
• Encoding the important events that affects the Tram movement throughout the day.
• At the end of the Operation day, Stop the Stttc3 program and retrieve the ASB file.
• Process the TPS using STTTC3 program
• Launch the new STTC3 using a Timetables of the day in real time.
• Launch the SCADA server 1 and 2 to collect the current voltage use by the Tram
• Collect all the files and compressed, send it to specific people
• Filing and back up
• Answer general phone inquiries using professional and courteous manner
• Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members
• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
• Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
• Meeting and greeting clients warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
• Arranging couriers
• Handle phone calls from people calling in sick.
• Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.
• Take and relay messages
• Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
• Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at all times
• Pick up and deliver the mail
• Open and date stamp all general correspondence
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws
• Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office
• Respond to public inquiries
• Perform other related duties as required
