• Assists Shop Manager with the effective running of Mango Shop in order to ensure the highest standards of customer service are achieved and maintained.
• Ensures the effective communication of sales plans and targets to the shop team managing performance developing and motivating employees in order to ensure the highest levels of performance and the achievement or exceeding of sales targets.
• Assigns routine and non-routine tasks and duties to Sales Associates Cashiers and Coordinators in order to ensure that activities are carried out in the most efficient and effective way.
• Assists in the preparation of the staff schedule in order to ensure that Mango Shop manpower is effectively matched to the shop’s operational requirements that will enable the achievement of the highest standards of customer service at optimum cost.
• Assists and supports the Shop Manager in placing products orders and maintaining inventories in order to ensure effective stock management.
Development and maintenance of the commercial relationships between Waldmessner and its' partners.
Enlarging and ameliorating the clients’ backlog. Organizing training sessions with Waldmessner partners. Direct supervising of 5 Junior Sales, assess their performance and coach them to deliver the highest level of customer service and to be target achievement oriented.
Direct advising of final clients or partners whenever necessary. Communicates sale relevant information to Waldmessner partners. Supervises the sales to the final stage. Planning, coordination and control of the economic indicators in order to achieve financial targets of the company. Supervises for the competence area, of various parameters as the annual and monthly sales plans in order to respect the agreements with the main partner, Indesit Company SpA, regarding Waldmessner forecasts, number of units per year, unit medium price, and mix. Supervises the commercial relations and contracts with the major Kitchen Studio customers in Bucharest and South of Romania Plan sales budget in terms of the related customers; follow up their rolling forecast towards quarterly/annual total budget. Decides, organizes & follows promotions built in products under Hotpoint-Ariston and Scholtes brands. Reports directly the commercial activity of Hotpoint-Ariston “built-in” dealers to Waldmessner BI Manager and decide with him for new market niche; new kitchen studios, kitchen importers or producers; if potential customers complete the Hotpoint-Ariston standards and should be considered a dealer or affiliate to an existing one.
Maintains the present leader position of Waldmessner as market share in the field of built in appliances with Hotpoint-Ariston brand, related to our competitors Franke, Whirlpool, Electrolux; Decides to cease the collaboration with certain commercial entities in the market if not compliant with Waldmessner and Indesit Company commercial policy and Hotpoint-Ariston marketing standards.
