My job entails providing a comprehensive administrative support to day-to-day operations of Human Resources ensuring the efficiency of the recruitment processes, and the accuracy of employee data records. I liaise closely with the Human Resources Director and HOD’s throughout the organization providing a customer focused and effective HR support service to the organization to achieve the organization goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To protect the security of patient's medical files and ensure confidentiality is maintained. Process and analyze all file returns from clinics and file it according to terminal digits. Release of information to patients and other agencies as per regulations enforced in the hospital. Open new files for new patients according to file number given upon their visit. Review records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations with accordance to JCIA regulations. Ensuring that all demographic data encoded for patients are accurate and up to date.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Be totally aware of the hotel product and operation. Operate and be familiar with all software packages in use in the department, currently consisting but not limited to Word, Access, and Powerpoint. Administer the catering logs for the Sales Managers, ensuring the log are updated regularly, the information formatted in word and updated with Banqueting & Accounts, thereby producing a report for the DOSM bi-weekly. Maintain an adequate supply of stationary and keep inventory of stores held. Ensuring these expenses are kept to a minimum. Organizes travel arrangements for the DOSM when traveling for sales blitzes and trade fairs. Regularly collects and distributes incoming corresponding from pigeon holes in the Executive Office and distribute outgoing correspondence in a likewise manner. Interacts with Hotel Guests and individuals outside the hotel, ensuring that they receive the quality of services associated with the InterContinental Regency. Carry out all typing requests, as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing. Maintain accurate and well organized filing systems at all times. Ensures all incoming requests for business are tracked so that they can be responded to in a timely manner. Perform other related duties and special projects as and when assigned.
