Managed the technical and commercial sales of roofing and cladding products, to a base of developers, architects, consultants, main contractors, curtain wall / facade contractors. Accountable for all commercial issues related to sales, design, tendering, contracts, letter of intents, performance bonds, guarantees.
Managing all commercial sales activities within the region. Developing and coordinating key performance indicators with owned operations, joint ventures and agents, to ensure achievement of district business plan exceeding US $232 million, including P & L. Produced and delivered monthly reports to Corporate Headquarters highlighting trends and analysis of overall performance and activity. Responsible for budgets, forecasts and business planning. Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance reviews and forecasts for subsequent analysis. Also marketing/advertising regarding events, exhibitions and conferences & managing cost saving strategies within the district & corporate complaints.
