Meet and greet customers, serve guest and attend to their suggestions and complain. The main focus should be to attempt to satisfy the customer's needs.
Greet customers, escort them to seats and hand them menus, take food and drink orders, and serve food and beverages. Answer questions, explain menu items and specials, and keep tables and dining areas clean and set for new diners.
Works under the supervision of the Recreation and Marketing Manager, Provides information concerning facilities and operation organize, and conduct MWR events, services, programs, and sports leagues.
Issue tools, equipments, and games to authorized customers, checking identification .Receives returned items, checking for damage and/or missing parts. Assist in directing patrons as necessary. Opens and closes MWR facilities, and performs fire and security checks.
Attends meetings and maintain reports, inventories and general maintenance duties as needed.
Assisting patrons about the general information on the use of equipment and ensures adherence to regulations and safety procedures. Checks regularly the security premises
