• Design residential houses for contractor for the approval of the client.
• Prepare all drawings for residential (Architectural, Structural, Electrical layout, Plumbing layout, ) for application of building permit.
• Prepare detailed drawings for architectural finishes( tiles, marbles, woods).
• Revise a design of existing residential houses for renovation of the structure.
• Prepare three dimensional drawing for presentation using
AutoCAD software or 3dMax.
• Supervise if needed during construction.
Execute design of Architects and Engineers
• Design residential houses for contractor for the approval of the client.

• Prepare As-Built Drawings (RCP-Reflected Ceiling Plan, Floor Plans/General Layout, Tile Layout for wet areas(bathroom and toilet) for consultant approval.
• Architectural detailer and designer of ceiling and dry wall partition using appropriate materials specially gypsum board and cement board.
• Propose a design as per site condition/actual condition.
• Prepare shop drawings for consultant approval. Ceiling, Drywall Partition, wet areas(Toilet and bath, kitchen, laundry area, powder room) and other areas need to submit for approval. Revision in shop drawing is also being tendered if necessary due to as per actual site condition.
• Design gypsum cornices for pre casting.
• Supervise construction activities of foreman’s and sub-contractors work in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepares weekly progress and accomplishment report as needed
