Responsible for development and implementation of the recruitment process within assigned Division. Responsible for identifying in close liaison with Division Managing Directors, Divisional HR managers and Operations management the current and future management and staff requirements. Identifies in close liaison with operations, potential internal candidates for succession and promotions.
Responsible for identifying and implementing the most suitable medium or method for local and over sea’s management recruitment and obtains final approval from Group Resourcing Manager. Responsible for compiling and placement of advertisements, organizing interview programs and ensuring that all logistical facilities are available for the interviewing process. Maintains a continuous cycle of interviewing to build a reserve of candidates against vacancies arising.
Responsible for screening all received management/entry level CV's and short listing candidates for the interviewing process. Pre-interviews candidates and compiles shortlist for operations management/functional management to interview and make final employment decision.
Is the liaison between identified Division and the Over Sea’s Recruitment Manager in staff manpower planning to ensure correct staffing is in place to allow for Divisional growth and placement of turnover? Through the management of Recruitment Officers, ensures that Divisions are updated on Resourcing progress.
Closely tracks all arrangements and maintains all record and progress reports. Prepares offer letters for selected management candidates and rejection letters for unsuccessful candidates. Ensures all correspondence, travel, visas and other collection of candidates are in place. Deals with all queries of selected management candidates prior to arrival.
Manages the workload of designated Recruitment Officer. Liaises with colleagues to ascertain Department workload and adjusts targets accordingly.
