Position: Sales Executive
I have worked as Outdoor Sales Executive in a Trading Company based in Mariveles, Bataan whereas our items are one of the top brands in the Philippines and to some other countries. We are engaged with level and high class markets in our respective areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-To achieve high levels of client satisfaction of agreed quality standard by ensuring the efficiency of the products and availability of optimum resources.
-Knowledgeable on preparing management documents such as sales invoice, delivery schedules, order form, customer's credit note as well as clients progress reports.
-Worked closely with the Consumer department to ensure excellent service and be able to give solutions to the problems of customers.
-Managed to achieve monthly sales quota.
I was exposed mostly on clerical tasks which covers the filing and recording of their maintaining products and office and construction supplies. The department is engaged in distributing good quality and approved durability to the assigned contractors and departments.
- In-charge of filing records as well as settling important documents that will help to expedite the work flow of the management.
