1. Implement corrective and periodic preventive maintenance of equipment by leading and supervising technician teams at Central Utilities Plant 4 of Qatar Airways Aircraft Main Hangar: water-cooled chillers, chilled water handling systems and auxiliaries; centralized HVAC equipment at Qatar Duty Free Storehouse Building: air-cooled chillers, air handling units, fan control units, chilled water system and auxiliaries.
2. Handle FM complaints/requests from the client and ensure closure of all issues; prepare the maintenance schedules and allocate and prioritize work accordingly; create daily maintenance report of all maintenance activities and complete data in CMMS-generated work orders
3. Undertake technical analysis and evaluations on plant performance diagnosing solutions to reoccurring problems, recommending modifications and improvements on plant performance to avoid downtime; assist in the monitoring of Building Management System and resolution of HVAC and mechanical equipment alarms.
4. Undertake problem-solving in the rectification of system faults, utilizing historical data and testing equipment to diagnose and correct technical issues.
5. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices in order to facilitate cost optimization and productivity improvement.

6. Monitor and coordinate the activities of external service providers to ensure work orders are being executed in an efficient manner.
7. Monitor and supervise the on-site Permit to Work System in accordance with standard procedures.
8. Develop and maintain effective, supportive and reliable communication and professional working relationship with field and office-based colleagues.
9. Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
