Airport representative, responsible for providing information and making bookings of different tours/excursions provided by the company.
• Taking over the converted bookings from the Sales team and ensuring that all relevant information is forwarded to concerned departments
• Thorough maintenance of the Event & Group bookings in the Opera S&C System according to the data input standards
• Creation of activities to ensure ongoing maintenance of bookings
• Consultation of the client discussing and adhering all relevant function and group details for the events
• Realizing and taking up sell possibilities
• Ensuring the timely delivery and input of rooming lists of group reservations into the ORS to ensure optimal revenue management and avoid availability misinformation
• Communication of all relevant event and group details to the operational departments by converting them into clearly arranged BEOs and group information sheets.
• Coordinates and schedules training program delivery.
• Communicates with internal and external clients on enrollment, scheduling, training requirements, and courses offered.
• Maintains the LMS and electronic records in accordance with internal procedures.
• Provides training and documentation on LMS processes and procedure.
• Enters training data pre and post program, creates and produces requested reports from the system.
• Identifies, analyzes and resolves second-level system problems within the LMS and across technical resources in department.
• Provides initial troubleshooting support for all educational systems and technical resources utilized within the department.
• Develops communications as needed for various training programs and events.
• Responsible for training inventory, reorganizing, and stocking department and classroom materials.
