Duties/Responsibilities: >> Business Development by procuring new project, Brand building, Maintain corporate communications and client relationships
>> Ensuring reports are reflecting the business structure and requirements by having regular meetings with team members, building relationships and responding to ad-hoc requests.
>> Team Management: Form a team who would roll out the marketing plan which would include: (a) Marketing (b) Sales (c) Architect (d) Construction (e) Legal (f) Admin & PR (g) Audit. (h) Customer Service. Management includes setting target and achieving a target based results.
>> Sales Plan & Price Matrix: Foster a sales plan, Devising, adjusting and publishing the price matrix for all apartment projects.
>> Business Negotiation: In real estate allowing the staff to negotiate price is not a good sign of management control over business. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the team leader to sit with all customers for business negotiation.
>> Market Analysis: On a periodic basis, analysis of going market price of apartments among the competitors in operating area by sending mystery shoppers.
>> Market Intelligence: Collect industry information on regular basis. Set new strategies considering competitor activity. Inform all relevant departments about the competitor activity.
>> Client Service: Ensure continue client satisfaction through continue client service.
