Assign as QA-CSA Engineer (Civil/Building/Structural). Reporting to TECHNIP FMC-QA/QC manager. Responsibilities include monitoring and surveillance related to Civil, Building and structural activities. Review of Contractor’s ITP’s, QA/QC Plan, Method Statements, Procedures and related QC documents. Responsible for review and inspection of all delivered materials, witnessing required testing as per QA/QC requirements. Review of test result (re-bar, concrete compressive test, soil test, compaction test) and other required tests for materials utilized on site. Performs surveillance activities, Witness testing and performs surveillance activities. Ensure that QC Inspection works proceeds in accordance with the Project Quality Plan, control procedures and inspection procedure as per Inspection and Test Plan agreed. Prepare quality control reports, identifying defects, make preventive action or issue non-conformance report if needed. HSE policies and practices commitment and strictly adhered.
Assigned as TPI-Civil Eng’r. Surveyor (Civil /Building/Architectural/Structural). Reporting to the PMC QA/QC manager for all inspections undertaken and to client (TAKREER). Responsibilities include inspection and surveillance quality of works, witness testing on quality control (Proctor Analysis, gradation, cube crushing, FDT by Nuclear Gauge and etc.) and punch list management and status. Performs inspection relating to Civil, Building, Architectural and Structural works. Review of test result for rebar, concrete compressive test, soil test, compaction test and other required tests for materials utilized on site. Coordinate and review of Specifications, Sub-contractor’s ITP, QA/QC Plan and Method Statements. Ensures that QC Inspection works proceeds in accordance with the Project Quality Plan, control procedures and inspection procedure as per Inspection and Test Plan agreed.
Assigned as a QA/QC Civil inspector. Responsible in inspection of delivered materials like concrete, re-bar, shuttering materials and witnessing all required testing as per QA / QC requirements. Verification of all test result and other supporting document. Performed continuous monitoring and inspection of all civil woks on site to ensure that the contractor's are complying with the approved specification and construction drawing. Coordination with the client regarding instruction and requirements related to technical and commercial matters. Rejecting of defective materials and poor workmanship, preparing records and report for inspection test done. Ensures that QC inspection works proceeds in accordance with the Project Quality plan, control procedure and inspection procedure as per Inspection and Test Plan agreed. Prepare quality control reports, identifying defects, make preventive action or issue non-conformance report if needed. Schedule, witness and review all test result for re-bar, concrete compressive test, soil test, compaction test and other required test for all materials utilized on site. Collect, check and managed documents certifying tests, controls and inspection carried out.
Currently assigned in Tasnee Ethylene Cracker Project as QA/QC Civil Inspector. Responsible for the inspection of all delivered materials like concrete, rebar, pad eye and shuttering materials, witnessing all required testing as per QA/QC requirements. Verification of test result and other supporting documents. Coordinate with the client by giving advanced information regarding the material status and all finish inspection results. Performed continuous monitoring inspection of all civil works at site to ensure that the contractors are complying with the approved specification and construction drawing. Inspection and acceptance of all finished concrete support. Coordinate with the client regarding instructions and requirements related to technical and other commercial matters. Rejecting defective materials poor workmanship. Preparing records and report of inspection and test. Site supervision of erection/installation of concrete and structural columns, beams, civil foundations, pipe sleepers, pipe racks, mechanical foundations, open ditches, precast manholes, paving works and miscellaneous foundations. Inspection, surveillance and acceptance of erected concrete and structural columns, beams, civil foundations, pipe sleepers, pipe racks, mechanical foundations and precast manholes. Assist & coordinate to QS for work claims, variations & progress.
Assigned as Field Civil Engineer in various onshore facilities specifically for pre-treatment area and export/storage area. Also, responsibilities include review of plan and specifications, project monitoring and progress reporting; evaluate monthly progress billing for Subcontractors. In addition, assigned to perform quality control inspection in civil discipline and works scheduling for project control purposes.
Assigned as Field Civil Engineer in National Power Corporation (NPC) for the construction of National Control Center (NCC) Building. Delegated the primary responsibility of supervising all civil and structural undertaken in the project. These responsibilities include review of specification and plans, evaluation of progress reports and progress billing, planning & scheduling, materials take-off and expediting materials. In addition to this assigned to perform quality control inspection and testing in the structural and civil discipline.
Assigned as Field Service Engineer in Bataan Petrochemical Plant for the construction of 2 X 50 MVA Substation for Bataan Polyethylene Corporation control building and switch yard equipment foundation including erection of Structural tower. Delegated the primary responsibility of supervising all civil and structural undertaken in the project. This responsibilities includes review of specification and plans evaluation of progress reports and progress billing, planning & scheduling. In addition, assigned to perform quality control inspection and testing in the structural and civil discipline.
Assigned in the Light Rail Transit # 1 capacity Expansion Project as Field Civil Engineer (concurrent as a Quality Control Engineer), delegated the primary responsibility of supervising all civil and structural works being undertaken by the company and all its subcontractors. Responsibilities include review of design documents, project cost engineering, administrative and technical liaison with customer, project scheduling, monitoring and progress reporting. In addition, assigned to performed quality control inspection and testing in the civil and structural discipline.

This responsibility includes review of plans and specifications, project specifications, project scheduling and cost control, progress reporting and working evaluation for progress billing.

I finish my bachelor's degree in 4 1/2 years and after my graduation I got my job emmidiately as site engineer.
