Procurement Coordinator
 Preparing and sending necessary documents to the suppliers such as Request for Quotation (RFQ), BOQ and other relevant documents, in order to meet the requirements needed by a certain client
 Calling the suppliers to follow up the requisitions being sent to them
 Negotiating with the suppliers regarding the proposals (technical & commercial) they offered
 Evaluating the prices offered by the suppliers by preparing Comparison Sheet in order to select the best price to be used in a certain tender or project
 Helping out other members of Technical Team to prepare tender or doing other necessary tasks related to my post, in order to carry out the tender preparation as easier and faster as possible
 Ensuring that our procurement processes are perceive by suppliers as fair, open and ethical

Logistics Assistant
 Implementing standard operating methods to manage logistics activities or operations effectively and efficiently
 Giving logistics support to the team whenever there is an operation
 Coordinating logistics activities related to procurement

 Responsible for preparing reports and other documents such as delivery note, commercial invoice and other necessary documents related for shipment
 Ensuring that item or order had been delivered properly to the client
 Carrying out other necessary related tasks efficiently and effectively

Technical Assistant
 Provides technical assistance to computer system users (at main office and project site offices)
 Resolve computer problems
 In-charge in providing the computer users with a general understanding on how to use computer hardware and software (i.e. printing, electronic mails, operating system, etc.)
 Oversees the daily performance of computer systems
 Sets up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, data communication equipments and software
 Confers with computer users and management to identify requirements for new systems, upgrade or modification
 Prepares evaluations of software/hardware, and makes recommendation on improvements.
 Reports to the Technical manager
 Preparing documents for on-going project and tender project including BOQ, specifications and drawings.
 Act also as document controller
