Duties and Responsibilities:
-Reporting to Construction Manager, functionally to head and responsible for overall utilities construction activities at the site
-Planning and control of site works execution (Excavation/Construction works for EHV/HV/MV/LV Cable Trench; Communication Lines; Road Crossing Ducts; Substations; TSE and waterlines; and other U/G Utilities).
-Supervision and Inspection for HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) work.
-Trained and knowledgeable in using Radio Detection Scanning Machine.
-Implementation of the safety procedures and regulations as per HSE plan.
-Preparation of Permit to Work and Inspection Request.
-Participation in the quality inspection in accordance with ITP.
-Monitoring daily site progress activities and preparation of reports.
-Coordination with surveyors for survey activities to ensure accuracy of level and coordinates.
-Manpower Scheduling and Equipment Utilization (Excavators, Breakers, Dump Trucks, Boom Trucks, JCB, Rollers, Graders, Loaders, HDD Drilling Machine, etc.) as per daily activities.
-Coordination for the delivery of concrete.
-Coordination with other discipline during interface.
Design & Construct New Orbital Highway & Truck Route (P023) Contract 4: Dukhan Highway to Al Khor Link Road
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Reporting to Construction Manager, functionally to head and responsible for overall road construction activities at the site
-Planning and control of site works execution (Loading, Dumping, Bulldozing, Grading (Manual and GPS), Compacting of General Fill, Selected Fill and Rock Fill materials).
-Preparation of 2 weeks and 3 months look ahead schedule.
-Implementation of the safety procedures and regulations as per HSE plan.
-Participation in the quality inspection in accordance with ITP.
-Monitoring daily site progress activities and preparation of reports.
-Coordination with surveyors for survey activities to ensure accuracy of level and coordinates by GPS.
-Manpower Scheduling and Equipment Utilization (GPS GRADER, BULLDOZER, LOADER, EXCAVATOR, ROCK BREAKER, VIBRATORY ROLLER, DUMP TRUCKS, ARTICULATED TRAILER, ETC.) as per daily activities.
-Coordination with other discipline during interface.
110KV Overhead Transmission Line for 110/33/13.8 KV RANIA S/S and TURBAH S/S
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Reporting to Project Manager, functionally to head Quality and responsible for overall Quality functions to the project study, coordinate and implement approved project quality plan.
-Controlling of documents (Electronic files and Filed Hard Copies) for traceability.
-Set up and monitor QA/QC activities at site.
-Identify material sources and interface with engineer for tests.
-Ensure preparation method statements and prepare corresponding Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and formats to obtain approval from consultant.
-Inspection and Approval of incoming materials.
-Coordinate with approved third party laboratory for various testing (SOIL INVESTIGATION, EARTH RESISTIVITY TEST, PIEZOMETER, CONCRETE TRIAL MIX DESIGN, CONCRETE CYLINDER SAMPLE COMPRESSION TEST, FIELD DENSITY TEST and DFT) and test reports.
-Inspection and testing of all activities as per approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) in stages.
-Raise Request for Inspection (RFI) and obtain clearance from consultant and main log of Request for Inspection (RFI) with approval status.
-Coordinate for necessary corrective actions and ensure clearance of all RFI’s.
-Conduct routine tests on materials and workmanship as per Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for conformance and maintain records.
-Identify, calibrate and maintain Master List Testing and Measuring Equipment.
-Identify any non-conformity and coordinate for root cause analysis and corrective action through respective department to close on time.
-Conduct training and other quality promotion programs to enhance the quality awareness.
SUR - INDEPENDENT POWER PLANT Project
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Directly reporting to Architectural / Building Department Manager.
-Monitoring and inspection of civil construction activities (SURVEY WORKS, EXCAVATION WORKS, SCAFFOLDING WORKS, FORMWORKS, REINFORCING STEEL WORKS, STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS, CONCRETE WORKS, MASONRY WORKS, WATERPROOFING / FIREPROOFING WORKS, LIGHT WEIGHT CONCRETE WORKS, FINISHING WORKS, CLADDING WORKS, PAINTING WORKS, BACKFILLING WORKS, etc.) of the subcontractors as per Drawing, Method Statements and Specifications.
-Strict implementation and compliance of Safety Ordinances and Procedures.
-Preparation of Daily and Monthly Progress Report.
-Participating in inspection with QC and Consultant Inspector.
-Coordination between disciplines amongst subcontractors during interface.
-Ensure that progress is as per scheduled time frame parallel with quality and safety.
-Checking of discrepancies in drawings and as per actual in Auto CAD.
-Coordination with Surveyor, Field Engineers and QC Inspector for checking and confirmation.
-Equipment Utilization (LOADER, HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR, ROCK BREAKER, CRAWLER / TELESCOPIC CRANE, CONCRETE PUMPS) and Manpower Scheduling. Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimates.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Directly reporting to Area Superintendent.
-Monitoring and inspection of civil construction activities (SURVEY WORKS, EXCAVATION WORKS, SCAFFOLDING WORKS, FORMWORKS, REINFORCING STEEL WORKS, STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS, CONCRETE WORKS, MASONRY WORKS, WATERPROOFING / FIREPROOFING WORKS, FINISHING WORKS, PAINTING WORKS, BACKFILLING WORKS, ROAD WORKS, etc.) of the subcontractors as per Drawing, Method Statements and Specifications.

-Directly reporting to Chief, Construction Section.
-Site Investigation, preparation of Drawing, Structural Analysis and Design, Specifications and other pertinent documents of the vertical and horizontal structures assigned prior to bidding.
-Inspection and Checking of construction activities as per Drawing, Method Statements and Specifications.
-Canvass of prices of materials, computation of unit costs and cost estimates of the project assigned.
