This industry is my first work experience in UAE. I have to ensure that our client’s
bookings are on time with a high quality of service they deserve. We are dealing with
VIP clients, hotels and daily clients who are looking for chauffeur service. Being in
charge of customer service department, I have to be available 24/7 for our clients.
Apart from my customer service role, I am assigned to monitor and supervise the
chauffeurs. Assigning the booking to concern chauffeur and making sure that he will
reach the pickup location on or before the allotted time is my main focus. I am
handling the clients complain and solving their concerns as well.
I have received trainings from Microsoft employees from USA for about 2 months
before we started the operations. I am handling calls from United States of America
concerning antivirus under Microsoft. Assisting customers until their issues are resolve
via phone call or I have to navigate their monitor from my work system.
