My Duties as a Purchase Officer :
* Prepare Price Quotation & Specification of the product.
* Prepare Comparison sheet of the similar Products.
* Maintaining and updating the Purchase sheet.
* Issuance of Purchase Order in the System of Great Plains (GP).
* Issuance of Dubai Municipality certificate for the products.
* Preparation of Letter of Credit and Amendments.
* Communication and Co-ordination with various banks for LCs, Amendments and Loans.
* Co-ordination and Communication with current Suppliers and building relation with New Suppliers.
* Assistance and Co-ordination with Logistic department in terms of shipments.
*Knowledge of Shipping Documents.
My Duties as an HR cum Administrative Assistant :
* Manage Recruiting system including scrutinizing and screening of CVs.
* Communication and relation with recruitment agencies within UAE and Overseas.
* Provide Job advertisement on the Newspapers and online as per the requirements.
* Arrange and provide Job interviews.
* Preparation of Job Profile, Contracts and visa.
* Documentation and legalization.
* Responsible for HR Dept - (online visa application, renewals, cancellation etc.).
* Arrange Accommodation, Transportation and Food for new joiners.
* Updating Employees database and keeping the records in the respective files.
* Renewal of Lease and License.
* Issuance and Renewals of Insurance Policies for Medical, Property, Vehicles Workmens Compensation, Public Liability, Marine etc.
* Manage Hotel Booking & Travel.
* Arrange small Party and Get-together for the office employees.
* Responsible for the company’s vehicles related to purchase, registrations, services & policies.
* Handling of Petty Cash and updating the records
* Misc.
* My duties includes all the secretarial and clerical work.
* Assistant to MD .
* Travel and Hotel Bookings
* Assistant to Chartered Accountant and updating the Tally sheet.
* My duties involves assisting the customer with their queries, * * complains.
* Renewal and issuance of the maintenance contract.
* Collection of payments.
* My duties was to provide information and services to the customer.
