• Overseas all technical aspects and responsibilities for the company. \n• Assure that the products offer are in line to the specification required by the customer \n• Prepare quotation and technical submittals as per the clients specifications \n• Conduct trainings for Structured Cabling \n• Responsible for the product presentation and technical queries for superior technologies products \n• Conduct Sales and technical presentation for CableScout Software products. \n• Visit client in and out UAE for more technical support and sales support. \n• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team on enhancing company values in terms of technical aspects. \n• Organize all technical documentation, which is needed for the submittals of our proposals. \n• Attend technical meeting with the customer in order to understand more of their requirements. \n• Prepare compliance statement \n• Responsible for warranty issuance for our clients. \n• Coordinate with the operation and logistic team to have a smooth project completion \n• Support Sales team for all the tender documents that needs further technical evaluation \n• Do design job for all new enquiry which needs technical assistance for equipment and cables to be used. \n• In charged of all the materials to be used for the samples as well as stocks which needs to present to the customers. \n• Attend training for CABLE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE - CABLE SCOUT (Oct. 10 to 14, 2010) to be used for the planning and design of LAN, WAN & MAN and it also includes the planning and design for the Building structure cabling.
Responsible for all assigned projects and proposal, from material take off, searching for the right equipment to be use, technical proposals and summarizing all documentations needed for the complete turnkey solutions.
Directly report to the engineering manager for the updates of the ongoing projects.
Directly communicates with the suppliers about the best equipment that we could use for the project that can fully qualify to the required specifications given.
Support design team for Omnix product suite and primary equipment to be use.
