To schedule appointments and maintains calendar for the General Manager
Coordinates GM driver and transportation requirements, if necessary
Take minutes of major meetings as maybe required by the General Manager
Arranges business itineraries and co-ordinates General Manager’s travel requirements
Sorts and furnish incoming mails and documents for the General Manager and attaches appropriate file to facilitate necessary action, determines routing, signature required and maintains follow up
Receives incoming calls for the General Manager and takes messages as appropriate
Prepares communication outlined by General Manager in oral or written directions.
Maintains filing or records management system and other office flow procedures
To co-ordinates with Division Heads on meeting deadlines per General Manager’s directions
Act as administration consultant to staff on certain issues
