Develop new Web applications as identified by supervisor and management through packaged and customized applications.
Create a company-wide Intranet, allowing data manipulation for each internal staff member.
Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal systems are integrated.
Perform complete testing of Web applications-unit and system, engaging users as necessary.
Conduct all user acceptances testing, and report results.
Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use.
Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
Develop external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.
Participate in dynamic priority setting sessions as the summer season unfolds.
Candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn.
• Looking for a true PHP expert that loves to hack code in several languages and has fun doing it.
• Design, develop, maintain and optimize secure and scalable multi-tier web applications.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML.
• Comfortable with both object oriented and procedural programming methodologies.
• Experience with PHP5 and MySQL5 preferable.
• Experience with C, C++, Java, and other languages a plus.
• Knowledge installing, configuring and maintaining Apache, MySQL and PHP packages.
• Strong knowledge of stored procedures, triggers, indexes, table normalization and database design.
• Knowledge of AJAX development a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices.
• Designing, developing and updating the web sites in particular using graphic design skills.
• Designing website pages, images, links etc.
• Implementing different tools as required making website for efficient.
