On boarding:
• Providing new hire process (induction, policy introduction and office run though) to all newly on board employees
• Completion of required induction forms and uploaded to SharePoint for e-file
• Endorsement of newly hired employees to Department / Project Head
o Communicate details of new employees to appropriate department (IT, Admin, GRO, etc.) colleagues to ensure proper needs are available upon commencement of employment
o Ensure new employees were properly inducted and associated information are well addressed on their first day of employment
o Make the necessary arrangements and endorsements to relative Department after completion of HR Induction
Medical Insurance:
• Registering New Employee, Additional Dependents and Change Status to Group Medical Health Insurance
• Assisting employees in filing of medical claims and reimbursement to Group Medical Health Insurance Provider
• Acting as liaison between employees and medical health insurance providers
• Maintaining records of all employees and its dependents enrolled to Group Medical Health Insurance
• Deleting resigned and terminated employee to Group Medical Health Insurance
• Responsible in distribution of medical health cards to all employees
HR Administrative Functions:
• Ensuring HR best practices support the business in achieving objectives and are aligned with AECOM HR values and priorities
• Completing exit interviews
• Working with employees and managers to ensure they understand policies and processes, enabling them to solve HR related issues
• Advising and counselling employees and managers on the interpretation of policies and procedures
• Participating in action planning to address employee survey results
• Assisting with HR initiatives & Special Projects as required
Working with ARAMCO as a PMC ( HR representative ) though SAP system especially for (PRH) human resources. by solving the employees there issues & renew their contracts. also, initiating E- 8000 profile for Aramco employees which is allow me to see their history & their existing actions
