Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Voyage Disbursement Accounts & reporting same to the Principal.
- Preparation of Trial Balance and Accounts up to Finalization.
- Preparation of MIS Reports, Payroll and liaison with the banks & LC's.
- Preparation of General Statement of Accounts (GSA) on monthly basis.
- Administer the entire Spectrum of Accounting and Depreciation Statements.

- Preparation of Bank Receipts, Cash Receipts & deposit the same on daily basis.
- Scrutiny the Proforma Disbursement Account (PDA) and Launch Hire Invoices.
- Preparation of Journal Vouchers & rectify/transfer the amounts to proper A/c.
- Issuing “Not Over” Cheques and accounting the same as and when it is used.
- Liaison with the suppliers & finalize best quotation for the benefit of the company.
- Preparation of Cost Sheets and Job Invoices to the Airfreight Principal on House Airway Bill and make payments to the counterpart on Master Airway Bill and generate revenue to the company and chasing the outstanding payment.
- To make remittances to the Overseas Agents for the Airfreight services rendered.
