Project : Construction of 27 kmtr. Highway project from Sheehaniya to Limijiya ( Qatar Express highway Program)
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that safety standards are maintained and continually seek ways to improve safety standards
• Ensure implantation of best safety practices
• Advise Management on all matters pertaining to safety and health including compliance
• Ensure that all personnel have received appropriate safety and health training as stipulated in HSE manual
• Plan and implement safety and health programs and promotional activities (e.g. inspections, campaigns and competitions) that will improve safety and health awareness
• Maintain a system incident reporting, investigation and analysis as stipulated in the HSE manual
• Conduct Safety Department Review at least once every month to review the achievements of the Safety and Health Objectives and improvements to the HSE manual
• Update the Safety and Health Manual and follow-up on recommendations of safety committees or relevant authorities
• Investigate and report all reportable accidents: internally to relevant persons, and externally to the relevant authorities
• Maintain relevant safety records, records and certificates required under the Company policy & local Rules
• Brief and instruct sub-contractors on the safety and health procedures and instructions that they and their employees are required to comply with
• Monitor and maintain safety and health, prevent and fight fires, respond to accidents and control environment pollution
Project: Developing an area of 263 Hectares in Al-Kharj near Riyadh right from the enabling works. All infra works which includes but not limited to Potable Water, Irrigation, Sewerage, Storm Drainage, Electricity (HV/LV), Box Culverts ( 2cells and 4cells ), Bridges, Telecom, Sewerage pumping stations, Treated Sewerage Effluent, Potable Water Pumping Stations, Substations and Roads with traffic lighting.

Project: Construction of District Cooling Plants, High Rise Towers including MEP works, Luxury Villas, Hotel for the following Projects : General Forensic Lab for Dubai Police, Bright Start Beach Resort Hotel @ Jumeirah, Dubai, Nilona Tower @ DHCC Phase-2, Dub, Oberoi Centre @ Business Bay, Dubai, Al Tayer Tower @ Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, Al-Barari Luxury Villas, Dubai, DCP - 3 for Emaar, Land Mark Group Head Office, Jumeirah, Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Establishes corporate HSE Objectives.
• Provide overall coordination and guidance to the project HSE Efforts.
• Ensure HSE POLICY is communicated effectively down the line.
• Collaborate on a routine basis with Project Managers in appraising the performance of all departments.
• Develop recommendations for the improvement of procedures, practices and activities directly or indirectly involved in effective execution of HSE functions by site management.
• Monitor HSE performance data and trends and give proactive advice and support.
• To investigate first aid cases, near misses and dangerous occurrences and to suggest remedy to the Management
• Audit the site from a regulatory and management system perspective and recommend actions to address deficiencies.
• Participate in the review of all serious incidents and accidents.
• Collaborate with the Project Manages in the development and preparation of HSE Meeting agenda.
• To maintain emergency preparedness and initiate Emergency response, assisting in rescue drills, evacuation drills.
• Provides leader ship to the site for the implementation of HSE Procedures and safety management concepts.
• Reinforces safe behavior and corrects unsafe behavior.
• Report to Top Management if any accidents/incident and HSE statistics.
Project: Construction of Buildings for Central Public Works Department which includes Residential Complex PWD Employees, Residential Complex for Income Tax Employees, Hostel for Navodaya Vidyalaya.
Responsibilities:
