Handling all post order processing activities like Design review (Heating and Cooling Load calculation, Chilled and Condenser water pipe sizing and routing, Pump Head Calculation,
Duct designing & HVAC air flow routing.
Checking bill of Quantities, site visit, drawing preparation, conducting Kick of meetings at site etc.
Preparation of Comparison sheets (Technical & Commercial) for different Materials (Valves,
Pipes, Ducting etc.), equipments (AHU, Chiller, FCU, Cooling Tower etc.)
Ordering and vendor finalization for arriving at an optimal solution considering the Budget and requirement.
Preparing detailed engineering drawings with all necessary sections, elevations, Plant room details, ducting, piping etc.
Transferring of project to the execution department and working in close coordination with them
for successful execution and completion of the project.
Attending to site on regular basis as per clients schedule and addressing to all site related issues.
Giving site clearance, getting drawing approval done, carrying out site modifications in close coordination with supervisors and Installation team.
Coordinating for all site related documentation works, checking works site reports, proactive planning for proper arrangement of materials in time.
