• Perform as Clerk of 18 barangays of San Marcelino, Zambales
• Receiving and disseminating communications received among 18 barangays.
• Compile, copy, and sort file records of office activities.
• Maintain and update filing of barangay records such as Resolutions, Minutes of the meeting, Oath of Office, Biodatas, Assets and Liabilities of barangay Officials.
• Review files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to request.
• Deliver messages and run errands.
• Type, format, proofread and edit correspondence and other documents from notes using computers or typewriters.
• Prepare meeting Agendas, Resolutions, attend meeting and record and transcribe Minutes.
• Process and prepared documents such as business or government forms and expense reports.
• Assist DILG Officer, Punong Barangays, Sangguniang Kabataan in handling seminars/workshops.
