Prepare correspondence such as memos, inquiries, accident report, quotations and invoices.
Arrange and sort of various documents.
Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily and scanning in all relevant new documents.
Ensuring all documents are as up to date as possible within electronic filing system.
