Duties & Responsibilities:
 Hardware & Software Maintenance.
 Physical setting up of computers and software system installation
for various computer applications and programs.
 Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer
operating systems.
 Provide on‐site and remote support to user's request in relation
with networking, operating system, hardware & software diagnoses
and troubleshooting.
 Provide immediate action and solution on daily basis office
windows application error arise.
 Basic support on ERP System in Access Database with Citrix,
creating New Project and resolving errors.
 Responsible for installing and configuring specified software
packages such as Operating System (Windows), Business
Applications and other System Applications are like MS‐Office 2007,
MS‐Office Pro with MS‐Project 2010 & 2013, MS‐Office 365,
Outlook with Host File & Certificate, VMware Workstation,
Bandwidth Monitor with Proxy, AutoCAD Series upto 2016,
AutoCAD Structural Detailing 2015, AutoCAD Civil 3D
