Into Management Monitoring & Controlling Direction :
- Calculate monthly the provision (risk cost) to ensure the accounting closure date and analyze its evolution
- Lead and prepare the monthly management reports by providing key analysis of the financial/business performance
- Assist with the design / build / implementation of IFRS 9 target operating models
- Participate to the development and maintenance of Finrep reporting, in respect of new regulatory returns set out by the EBA
- Implement customized applications / tools developed necessary for data analysis
- Write detailed technical documentation outlining test results, model assumptions and computational methods for each project
- Author clear, concise, analytics which include all risks and opportunities to the financials retail banking
- Work with internal and external auditors for the annual and/or specialized audit
- Work with operating entities to identify the cause of significant variances from budget and forecasting to actual results
- Contribute to the ongoing development of standards and best practices
into Risk Department
- Work with intern algorithm languages software to develop and maintain the business targets
- Manage all technical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring delivery of solutions in line with all the expectations
- Work closely with the front office by acting as a technical expert to define and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions
- Develop, implement and maintain different score cards e.g. application scoring, behavioral scoring etc.
- Create and improve statistical models for risk assessment including credit risk quantification regarding Basel II policies
- Implement governance and control framework components including the business policies and procedures, data quality and on-going monitoring
- Develop and maintain documentations and reporting related to Basel II requirement
- Actively participate, support and coordinate various system projects with IT Project Team
- Coach others junior technical members to perform at their highest potential
- Develop and realize a tool for the business continuity planning of the Group
- Analyze weaknesses in areas covering the insurance and propose measures to optimize this program
- Liaise with the risk management unit in defining the mechanism regarding the potential estimation of losses
- Develop a data dictionary dedicated to the financial information of the group
- Review Basel II framework related reports before their issuance to the Audit Committee
- Animate the presentations to the audit committee on the issued reports
•Analysing economic and financial situations, conditions of access to local market for the benefit of French administration and firms.
•Establish and develop relationships within Syrian firm’s environment.
•Redaction of the monthly economic and commercial newsletter "Lettre de Syrie".
•Setting up the annual forum “La maison des Français” (www.missioneco.org/syrie).
